Eight types of plums. All from their own orchard in the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area. Each variety distilled separately and then mixed in the correct proportions to the final form. But that is not the end. In order for the plum aromas and flavours to really combine and for Slivovica to "round up", it will rest for another 8-12 months in stainless steel tanks. Only then is it bottled. The result is a great plum brandy without any additives, chemistry or other unnecessary things.
