Tanqueray No. 10 is one of the few gins in which whole citrus fruits are used in production (not just peel). Chamomile flower, fresh orange, white grapefruit and lime are added to the four herbs used in the production of Tanqueray London Dry. In its aroma and taste, this gin has beautiful tones of tropical fruit. Tenqueray No. 10 was launched in 2000 as a new western-style gin. The name is derived from distillation plant number 10, also nicknamed as Tiny Ten. The first distillation takes place in this plant. This gin won an award in a prestigious competition: the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
